Also with our new voicemail system, you will have the ease and convenience of accessing your voicemail inbox and features online, by directing your browser to the following address:
http://vm.veracitycom.net/voicemail/
Upon opening this page, you will receive a login prompt which will require your phone number and the default password of ‘7777’. Once you have logged in, you will be able to change that password, listen to and delete voicemail, adjust voicemail settings, and forward voicemail messages to an email address of your choice.
There are instructions for each of these features embedded within the voicemail portal, but if you have any questions regarding the use of this new service, please call Veracity Networks customer service at 801-437-6566.
Here are the steps to record your greeting.
1. Dial the local number you use to retrieve your messages
2. Enter in your 10 digit mailbox number
3. Enter you Pin number
4. Enter option (0)
5. Choose option 1 to record your unavailable greeting
6. Record your greeting, press the # key to save, then choose option (1) to put it into place.
Lastly, to retrieve your voicemail messages, simply call the local number for your area from the following list:
