Veracity Platinum Service Standard
We guarantee that as a Veracity customer, you'll have a great experience with us from the time you sign up, to the time that you're a regular user of our services.
From the time you sign the paperwork, your account will be assigned to one of our professional installation coordinators who will walk you through our process and be proactively involved through the transition to make sure your conversion goes seamlessly. They will be calling before your account is installed to make sure that we ordered services correctly and to let you know when your account will be converted to our services. Your installation coordinator will then follow up with you after install to make sure that all services converted correctly and accurately before your account is turned over to our Customer Relations team. Once your account has been successfully converted to our services, your account will be assigned to our experienced Customer Relations Team where all your questions and requests will be answered live by a team member-quickly and efficiently without long hold times or having to navigate through an IVR system. You'll know your Customer Relations Team member by name, and you'll understand you're a valued member of our Veracity Family-not just a number.
