Go to the Mail menu and choose Preferences.

Click on the Account Type dropdown menu and select POP.

The incoming mail server is mail.iveracity.com

The user name is the first part of your Veracity email address
(eg: john.doe@iveracity.com --> john.doe)

When you have typed all of this information, click on the Outgoing Mail Server dropdown menu and select Add Server.

The outgoing mail server is also mail.iveracity.com

Click on the Authentication dropdown menu and select Password. In the boxes below, retype your Veracity user name and password.

When done, press OK.

Close the Preferences window by clicking on the red X in the left-hand corner.

When the dialog appears telling you there are unsaved accounts, press Save.
